Kathleen Kerr-Donohue
Criminal Defence Lawyer

Raised on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Kathleen has always had a passion for criminal law. A former designer, Kathleen left a successful career in design to obtain a criminology degree in order to pursue a profession where she could make a greater impact on people’s lives. Kathleen attended law school at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law. While in law school, Kathleen participated in the University Law Centre, conducting her own caseload of clients and files. During her time in Winnipeg, MB, Kathleen gained valuable experience in and out of the courtroom articling at a leading criminal defence law firm.

Today, Kathleen practices criminal law as a criminal defence lawyer at Waugh & Associates. Following through on her passions, Kathleen ensures her work, ethics and integrity are always guided by her client’s best interests, allowing her to establish trust and rapport with every client she serves. She is diligent and meticulous in her advocacy and committed to always pursuing the best outcome for her client while supporting them through every step of the judicial process.

Kathleen represents clients facing criminal allegations in all levels of the criminal trial courts, including the BC Provincial and BC Supreme Court.
