Born and raised in Northern British Columbia (Treaty 8 territory), Erin now lives and works on Vancouver Island within the traditional, unceded territories of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-Naw-As, and Stz’uminus First Nations.

Erin represents clients facing a broad range of criminal and regulatory charges, including assault, aggravated assault, sexual assault, break and enter, theft, drug trafficking, criminal organization offences, and offences under British Columbia’s Motor Vehicle Act and Insurance (Vehicle) Act.

Drawing on her experience working in areas connected to the justice system, including mental health, addictions, brain injury, and youth justice, Erin understands that every client’s situation is unique.
